  • Great Job 5 am! I think I got around 6:20 on the WOD. My shoulders were on fire after all of those PP, PJ and SP.

  • Still struggling with the push presses, but the shoulder is making progress. Got up to 155#. 5:41 on the mini WOD. Great job by the 5:30 crew as always.
