Get your athlete physically prepared for their sports team! At CrossFit Northern Kentucky we will show your athlete the results you want. Too many athletes, of all ages, are unable to perform basic sports skills because they lack fundamental movement patterns – we will teach these patterns and much more so your athlete is ready for any skill their sports’ team coach has in store.

Why CrossTrain

As athletes of all sports and ages get older they shift their focus on to a single sport that limits their ability to move efficiently; therefore making basic skills, particular to their sport, unattainable. At CrossFit Northern Kentucky we can teach these fundamental movements patterns in a challenging atmosphere for both beginning and advanced athletes. With the help of CrossTrain never miss a beat with your coach. Learn faster, smarter and move more efficiently with your team by using techniques introduced at CrossTrain.

What We CrossTrain

Your athlete will improve on strength, power, balance, agility, and stamina.  All of these skills with include a data represented Athlete Profile available to athletes and parents.  The Athlete’s Profile is where you will see the numbers and see the improvement.

CrossTrain Results

At CrossTrain, see the results yourself. We and your athlete will keep a detailed profile of their performance from day one. Numbers are hard evidence at CrossTrain. With these profiles, we can determine where an athlete is struggling and where they are excelling. We will CrossTrain based off each athletes individual profile. This is not a generic program; CrossTrain is an individually based program so no athlete is left behind. Check your athlete’s results at any time and see the numbers improve.


When We CrossTrain

CrossTrain will meet three times per week on the following days:

  1. Monday 7:30-8:30PM
  2. Wednesday 7:30-8:30PM
  3. Friday 5:30-6:30PM March Only(April will move to 6:30-7:30)

Attend two of the three days per week. Your price includes participation in all three days however; you are only paying for two days. We believe that if an athlete wants to go above and beyond that should be their benefit, not ours. So come to CrossTrain two or three days a week, you are only paying for two. You will not find this deal anywhere else.

Who Can CrossTrain

CrossTrain is for athletes as young at 9 years old to age 15 years.  Ranging from beginners to advanced athletes.


Pricing & Registration

Please register online, registration must be paid by the 15th of the previous month to guarantee your athletes spot. Registrations after the 15th may not receive a t-shirt.   Any walk-ups or at the door registration will include a $10 late registration fee.
Online registration is $120 per athlete for four-weeks. Includes:

  • 2-3 classes per week
  • 1:8 Coach to Athlete ratio – top ratio in town and more individualized attention
  • CFNKY CrossTrain T-Shirt
  • Individual Athlete Profile for data based results
  • Individual Athlete Programming – nothing is ‘one size fits all’
  • Individual Athlete Profile for data based results

I am a child at heart and I love to work with youth!  I coach youth athletes because I love to be surprised and the kids are constantly showing me that they can do everything better than I had originally imagined.  I’ve been working with kids for 10 years.  In the past 4 years I was the Coordinator of Youth Development for a Nationally Ranked Volleyball Program.  I played Division I athletics which I owe mainly to the coaches throughout my career but I also owe my success to basic movement patterns.  Youth athletes are not utilizing enough fundamental movement to improve their skill.  We need to get back to throwing harder, running faster, jumping high, changing directions quicker and reacting sooner.  This is what I aim to achieve with all CrossTrain Youth Athletes so they may succeed even greater on their sports teams.
