Wods “Workout of the day” – Workouts are different everyday and are modifiable to help each athlete achieve his or her goal. All workouts are adjustable to meet any age or fitness level.
CrossFit Workouts are comprised of varied functional movements. Typical movements may include: Pushing, Pulling, Squatting, Lifting, Running, Rowing, Biking, Jumping Rope

At CFNKY we are dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals in a safe and fun environment.
If you are new to CrossFit or have been away from CrossFit, we offer our Beginner Classes to help you learn some of CrossFit’s foundational movements. We know it can be intimidating, but we want to make sure everyone has a good foundation when first starting out to ensure safe practices. These classes are currently offered daily during our regular class times.
Working out can be FUN!
Our community is what makes it fun. Who doesn’t like to workout with their friends? Community is what drives us to be better than yesterday and to continue pushing toward our goals. There will be days you won’t want to workout but having a support system can help you push through those days and hold you accountable for showing up. One of the advantages of CrossFit is you will never be bored. Each workout is comprised of constantly varied functional movements, and you’ll rarely do the same workout twice.
To top it all off, we have amazing coaches that invest in getting to know you and your goals. Our coaches strive to see you be better than yesterday.

Is CrossFit for me? Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout. Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit? No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. Try Us Out for FREE!
Are you curious? If so, come hang out with us and try us out for FREE during any of our class times or you can come hang out with us during our FREE Saturday Community class at 0900 every weekend.
If you try us out during the week, we can answer any questions you may have about our facility, about CrossFit and about our community. This will be a great opportunity to see how our CrossFit classes are ran.
If you decide to come on Saturday, you will get to enjoy a fabulous group workout and see a lot of our members that you might not see during the week due to class times. Saturdays are great because we have all skill levels in attendance from “first timers” to our legendary CrossFitters.
