This was a super fun WOD…if your idea of fun is a slow methodical beating administered by a 95lb barbell.
This one was awesome!! it was so fun i’m still trying to get thru it….i quit keeping time at like 27minutes. Not one of my finest performances…..

Tried this one at home due to the hour delay this morning…not going to post my time because it was so bad. But I did finish and used 65# and just reminded myself why I don’t like to workout at home!
Rx’d 18:56- Great 4:30pm class today….we all suffered together!
I would have liked to Rx this one, but dropped down to 55#. That much felt pretty tough to me! Time: 23:17.
this was awful. let me tell you why.
a.) it sucked
b.) did it alone
c.) i had cramps going into it
d.) i think i cried 3 seperate times during wod
e.) too slow
f.) front squats
good news, the pain of this wod eliminated my cramps for the 25:52 it took to complete this disgusting wod. rx’d. thanks to lucas and ben for the support.
